see to it that you are not alarmed

気をつけて、あわてないようにしなさい

　また、戦争のことや、戦争のうわさを聞くでしょうが、
気をつけて、あわてないようにしなさい。
これらは必ず起こることです。しかし、終わりが来たのではありません。
　民族は民族に、国は国に敵対して立ち上がり、
方々にききんと地震が起こります。
　しかし、そのようなことはみな、産みの苦しみの初めなのです。

  You will hear of wars and rumors of wars,
but see to it that you are not alarmed.
Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.
  Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.
  All these are the beginning of birth pains.
