God saw all that he had made, and it was very good

神はお造りになったすべてのものを見られた。見よ。それは非常に良かった。

　神は仰せられた。「地が、種類にしたがって、生き物を生ぜよ。家畜や、はうもの、野の獣を、種類にしたがって。」そのようになった。
　神は、種類にしたがって野の獣を、種類にしたがって家畜を、種類にしたがって地のすべてのはうものを造られた。神はそれを見て良しとされた。
　神は仰せられた。「さあ人を造ろう。われわれのかたちとして、われわれに似せて。
彼らが、海の魚、空の鳥、家畜、地のすべてのもの、地をはうすべてのものを支配するように。」
　神は人をご自身のかたちとして創造された。
神のかたちとして彼を創造し、男と女とに彼らを創造された。
　神は彼らを祝福された。神は彼らに仰せられた。
「生めよ。ふえよ。地を満たせ。地を従えよ。海の魚、空の鳥、地をはうすべての生き物を支配せよ。」
　神は仰せられた。「見よ。わたしは、全地の上にあって、種を持つすべての草と、種を持って実を結ぶすべての木をあなたがたに与える。それがあなたがたの食物となる。
また、地のすべての獣、空のすべての鳥、地をはうすべてのもので、いのちの息のあるもののために、食物として、すべての緑の草を与える。」そのようになった。
　神はお造りになったすべてのものを見られた。見よ。それは非常に良かった。

  And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so.
  God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
  Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
  So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
  God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
  Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.
And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground―everything that has the breath of life in it―I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.
  God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.
And there was evening, and there was morning―the sixth day.
