And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place...”

神は仰せられた。「天の下の水が一所に集まれ...　」

神は仰せられた。「天の下の水が一所に集まれ。かわいた所が現れよ。」そのようになった。
神はかわいた所を地と名つ゛け、水の集まった所を海と名つ゛けられた。
神はそれを見て良しとされた。
神は仰せられた。「地が植物、すなわち種を生じる草やその中に種がある実を結ぶ果樹を、種類にしたがって、地の上に芽生えさせよ。」　そのようになった。
地は植物、すなわち種を生じる草を、種類にしたがって、またその中に種がある実を結ぶ木を、種類にしたがって生じさせた。
神はそれを見て良しとされた。
夕があり、朝があった。第三日。

And God said,“Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so.
God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.”
And God saw that it was good.
Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so.
The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. 
And God saw that it was good.
And there was evening, and there was morning―the third day.
