I will make an everlasting covenant with them

わたしは彼らととこしえの契約を結ぶ

「見よ。わたしは、わたしの怒りと、憤りと、激怒をもって散らしたすべての国々から彼らを集め、この所に帰らせ、安らかに住まわせる。
　彼らはわたしの民となり、わたしは彼らの神となる。
　わたしは、いつもわたしを恐れさせるため、
彼らと彼らの後の子らの幸福のために、
彼らに一つの心と一つの道を与え、
わたしが彼らから離れず、彼らを幸福にするため、
彼らととこしえの契約を結ぶ。
わたしは、彼らがわたしから去らないようにわたしに対する恐れを彼らに心に与える。
　わたしは、彼らを幸福にして、
彼らをわたしの喜びとし、真実をもって、心を尽くし思いを尽くして、
彼らをこの国に植えよう。」

 I will surely gather them from all the lands where I banish them in my furious anger and great wrath;I will bring them back to this place and let them live in safety.
 They will be my people, and I will be their God.
 I will give them singleness of heart and action,
so that they will always fear me for their own good and the good of their children after them.
 I will make an everlasting covenant with them:
 I will never stop doing good to them, and I will inspire them to fear me,
so that they will never turn away from me.
 I will rejoice in doing them good
and will assuredly plant them in this land with all my heart and soul.
