Praise the LORD, O my soul

わがたましいよ。主をほめたたえよ。

　わがたましいよ。主をほめたたえよ。
私のうちにあるすべてのものよ。聖なる御名をほめたたえよ。
　わがたましいよ。主をほめたたえよ。
主の良くしてくださったことを何一つ忘れるな。
　主は、あなたのすべての咎を赦し、
あなたのすべての病をいやし、
　あなたのいのちを穴から贖い、
あなたに、恵みとあわれみとの冠をかぶらせ、
　あなたの一生を良いもので満たされる。
あなたの若さは、鷲のように、新しくなる。
